This work was inspired by the change of seasons. There are some glorious colors this time of year and I wanted to capture them as well as intensify their saturation.

Fall is about letting go and beginning anew.
This painting is one of transition. We still see the glimmer of summer beauty lingering in the bushes, but the darker days are encroaching. Now is a time to reflect upon the warm summer days and prepare for the cool nights ahead.
